Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
● Shipping Charges: Shipping is free within India.
● Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business
days. Delivery timelines vary by location and may take 7–10 business days after
dispatch.
● Order Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
International Shipping
● Availability: We ship worldwide to select countries.
● Shipping Charges: For international orders, customers are required to contact us
directly to confirm applicable shipping rates before placing the order.
● Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
● Delivery Time: Estimated 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and
customs clearance.
Order Processing
● Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
● Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals, holidays, sales, or unforeseen
circumstances.
● In case of multiple products ordered together, they may be shipped separately
depending on availability.
Delivery Attempts
● Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may
be returned to us. Reshipment charges may apply.
● Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth
delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
● We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
● Certain pin codes or countries may not be serviceable — we will inform you if this
applies to your order.
Delays & Liability
● While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Mahavir Nx is not responsible for
delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events beyond our control.
● In case of delays, our support team will assist you with tracking updates.
