Free Standard Shipping: Available on all international orders over $299 USD.
Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below $299 USD will incur a flat shipping fee of $30 USD, calculated at checkout.
Dispatch Timelines: Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-Measure (MTM) or custom-tailored garments require 15–20 business days for production before dispatch.
Standard transit time is typically 7–12 business days following dispatch.
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
The product prices displayed on our website and the shipping costs charged at checkout do not include international customs duties, local VAT, or import taxes.
Any customs duties or taxes levied by your country's government are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges will be collected directly by the courier company prior to or upon delivery.
Mahavir NX has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their exact amount.
Refusal to pay these duties will result in the package being abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
Because international shipping incurs high two-way transit costs and complex customs clearances, our return policy is exceptionally strict:
Damaged Products Only: We only consider return or replacement requests if the item received is damaged or defective. Returns or exchanges for any other reason (such as sizing issues, change of mind, or delayed delivery) are not accepted.
Compulsory Video Proof: To be eligible for a damaged product claim, it is mandatory to provide a clear video showing the damaged product (an unboxing video is highly recommended). Without video proof, no return or replacement claim will be entertained.
Return Shipping Costs: If your damaged item claim is approved, the return shipping charges must be paid entirely by the customer. Mahavir NX is not responsible for covering, arranging, or reimbursing international return shipping fees under any circumstances.
How to Report a Damaged Item: You must contact our support team at info@mahavir-nx.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs, and the mandatory video of the defect. Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you on how to ship the item back to us at your expense.
We take pride in crafting garments that fit you perfectly. However, anything outside of our "Ready to Ship" collection is subject to strict final sale rules:
Any garment that is Made-to-Order, Made-to-Measure (MTM), altered to your specific length, or customized in any way is completely non-returnable and non-replaceable.
Plus-size orders (sizes 46 and above) that require additional fabric and workmanship also fall outside any return policy and are strictly final sale.
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Once 24 hours have passed, the order goes into our tailoring or dispatch queues and can no longer be canceled or modified.
Due to the intricate hand-embroidery of our ethnic wear and variations in digital screen resolutions, slight differences in color, shading, or embellishments may occur.
These minor variations are the hallmark of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.
To ensure you get the perfect fit on the first try, we highly encourage you to use our Free Video Consultation service before your order ships.
Our team can connect with you via WhatsApp to double-check your measurements, show you the fabric live, and confirm your size, drastically reducing any sizing issues upon delivery.
● Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
● Delivery timelines may be extended during festivals, holidays, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
● In case of multiple products ordered together, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
● Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Reshipment charges may apply.
● Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth delivery.
● We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
● Certain pin codes or countries may not be serviceable — we will inform you if this applies to your order.
● While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Mahavir Nx is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events beyond our control.
● In case of delays, our support team will assist you with tracking updates.
